Appointment Information for Bonnie



Bonnie will see clients:

     - Wednesdays, from 4:00 - 8:00pm

     - Saturdays, from 9:00am - 4:00pm



Bonnie's fee is $85 for a 50-minute session, including initial assessments, individual, couple, and family work.


Payment is collected at each session. 





Cash and checks are accepted forms of payment.

After Signing Up for an Appointment:


Expect a phone call or return email from Bonnie within 24 business hours.  She will discuss with you how the practice works, what to expect, and schedule the date and time for your first appointment.

Cancellation policy:


Please note that there is a 24-hour cancellation policy.  Cancellation or changes in your appointment must be done no later than 24 business hours prior to your appointment in order to avoid incurring a late charge or no-show charge. 



Beth Spring Therapy is an out-of-network insurance provider.   This means that your insurance company may cover some or all of the costs of your appointment, but you will be responsible for filing the claim to be reimbursed for your payments.


To determine if you have out-of-network mental health coverage you need to check with your insurance carrier.  Check your coverage carefully and find the answers to the following questions:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health/behavioral health benefits?

  • Is my coverage for individual therapy and/or family therapy?

  • How much does my insurance reimburse for an out-of-network provider?


At the end of each session you will receive a receipt for your payment that you can use to file a claim if you are eligible for insurance and/or flexible spending reimbursement.
